Story
Growing cocoa beans in Ecuador has a history that goes back over 5,000 years. However, the selling of these beans started in 1830, when affluent families purchased large tracts of land for cocoa bean cultivation. This marked the beginning of Ecuador's cocoa export industry. This certified organic cocoa comes from various groups of producers in the Guayas Province of Ecuador. Thanks to this certification, these farmers have a reliable market for their cocoa production. Their groups provide them with support, small loans, and help in enhancing their collective facilities and procedures after the harvest.

Post Harvesting Process
Cacao is fermented in wooden boxes in a period of 5 to 7 days and put to dry on cement patios or wooden tables.
